1. What if the email I got from Adapt is invalid?
At Adapt, we strive hard to provide high-quality emails to our customers so that the email delivery rate is very good. But if the email provided by Adapt is found to be invalid, we offer views back so that you can use those views for new leads.
2. How can I mark the leads as inactive?
You can do this from the My Leads section. Click on the name of the lead that is invalid and you will see a business card with a button to mark it as invalid. Click on the button to mark the lead as inactive.
3. How can I get the views back for invalid leads?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the list of invalid leads. We will process them and after verification, views will be assigned to your account.
